1. Ordering & Fulfillment

Because our baklava is freshly baked and handcrafted in small batches, all orders must be placed in advance through our online storefront.

• Lead Times: Specific lead times apply to each order based on selected products and size. Please ensure your selected pickup or delivery slot matches your requirements.
• Order Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all contact details, selected fulfillment methods, pickup times, and delivery addresses are accurate.

2. Pickup & Delivery Policies

We offer two fulfillment methods: local pickup in Boerne, Texas, and local delivery to specified zones.

• Local Pickup: Orders must be picked up during the specific date and time selected at checkout. Since our products are perishable baked goods, we cannot guarantee freshness for orders not picked up on time.
• Forfeited Pickups: Perishable orders that are not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be discarded. No refunds will be issued for forfeited pickups.
• Local Delivery: Delivery is only available to valid addresses within our delivery range. You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or specify a safe drop-off location. We are not responsible for damage or theft of items left unattended.

3. Payments & Pricing

All pricing on our website is shown in USD. Payments are processed securely at checkout via Square Payments. Full payment is required before we begin baking your order.

4. Cancellations, Changes, & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products and because every batch is baked to order, our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery time are eligible for a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled fulfillment time are non-refundable, as ingredients have already been prepped and baking may have commenced.
• Quality Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us immediately at info@baklavaqueen.com with details and photos so we can address your concerns.

5. Product Allergies

Our baklava contains nuts (pistachios, walnuts, cashews, almonds), wheat (gluten), dairy (butter), and honey. While we maintain a clean kitchen, our products are baked in a facility that processes common allergens. It is your responsibility to inform your guests or recipients of these allergens.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and your purchases from Baklava Queen are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated revision date.
